A standard residential heat pump service starts from $150 + gst for the first unit and $80 + gst for each additional unit serviced at the same visit. A ducted system costs $220 + gst. Regular servicing helps keep your system running efficiently, extends its lifespan and can help protect your manufacturer's warranty.

A Hydroclean is a deep clean of your heat pump that removes built-up dirt, mould and bacteria from inside the unit - areas that can't be reached by simply cleaning the filters. If your heat pump has developed unpleasant smells, isn't performing as well as it used to, or you've discovered mould inside the unit, a Hydroclean can help restore performance, improve air quality and extend the life of your system.

If your heat pump isn't working as it should, get in touch. Some issues can be resolved over the phone, while others require one of our technicians to visit your home. Repairs not covered by warranty are charged from $175 + gst  for the first hour on site (including travel), plus any parts required. We'll always explain what's involved before carrying out any additional work.
