Where possible, yes. We understand that carrying out work during trading hours isn't always practical. We'll work with you to plan installations, servicing or repairs in a way that minimises disruption to your staff, customers and day-to-day operations.
Do you service & maintain systems you didn't install?
Absolutely. You don't need to have purchased your HVAC system from Wasabi for us to look after it. We service and maintain a wide range of commercial heating, cooling and ventilation systems, helping keep them operating efficiently and reliably.
Can you help us stay on top of our compliance requirements?
Yes. We carry out scheduled servicing, inspections and maintenance to support SS9 compliance and Building Warrant of Fitness (BWoF) requirements, working alongside Independent Qualified Persons (IQPs) where required.
Can you work directly with our builder, project manager or property manager?
Yes. We regularly work alongside builders, architects, project managers and property managers to ensure projects run smoothly. Clear communication and reliable scheduling are a big part of how we work.
