The way Wasabi will work during the Level 4 shutdown
Our busy season has started. We received a huge number of enquiries before the Government announced the move to Alert Level Four.
The ability to heat an occupied home or business is considered a necessity of life and as a result, Wasabi Group has been approved by MBIE as an essential service for the following:
Any customer who requires a new heat pump and does not have any other existing heating source.
Service, repair or replacement of an existing heat pump – again where there is no other heating source.
The health and safety of our team, whanau, our customers and our community are important to us. We have increased our health and safety protocols to keep everyone safe and well.
How to contact us during Level 4 lockdown:
Please email us at email@example.com . If you’re unable to email you can call us on (04) 499 4602.
We’ll ask you a few questions to ensure you fit the essential services guidelines, and make sure it’s safe for our team to visit your home or business.
Our virtual sales team will contact you and provide an estimate using photos and/or video calls before proceeding further.
If your request does not fit within the essential services guidelines, we will hold your details on file and contact you when work resumes as normal.
Please note: You will see a slight increase in our charges for servicing work to $300 + GST, and a small increase on installation pricing. This is to allow for additional time for our team to clean and sterilize all equipment between jobs, and for the additional cost of PPE which is disposed of after every site visit.
Thanks, Stefan & the Wasabi team.
